Allianz Foundation Grants Program 2025 - Project outline

Important notice before submitting a project outline

The Allianz Foundation now accepts project outlines for the latest round of funding. The submission deadline is February 10, 2025, 3pm CET.  

Kindly note that the form cannot be saved for later completion once the process has been started. Therefore, we recommend that you have all necessary information and materials ready before starting the submission process. With materials ready in advance, it should take you up to 15 minutes to complete the online form. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the contact person's e-mail address upon submission (please check your spam folder). Don’t hesitate to send an email to info@allianzfoundation.org if you have any difficulty filling in the submission form.

There will be a digital Q&A for interested applicants to give information on the criteria and formal processes of the call. The Q&A will take place on January 28, 2025, 11am CET via ZOOM. To attend, please register here.

The Allianz Foundation will process the personal data (last name, first name, position, contact details, etc.) of the contact person indicated in the form when examining the application, evaluating the entitlement of the applying institutions for applying for funding in the scope of the project as well as for documentation and examination purposes. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data of the contact person shall be Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, namely the execution of pre-contractual measures prior to entering into a fellowship agreement and to communicate effectively with each other to ensure a smooth application procedure. If the application is rejected, the personal data of the contact person will be deleted 24 months after the notification of the rejection. If the project is funded, the Allianz Foundation will retain the application form and the personal data of the contact person contained in it for a period of 10 years following the end of the grant agreement.
